Lost package.

I’ve ordered from Frozen Desserts for several years. Very happy with the whole process. The last tee times I ordered the cups were delivered to the wrong house. Thankfully I live in a small town and the person that received my package knew me. I’m scared to order from you again. ‍♀️

Sadly once our products are in transit with UPS there is not much that is within our control. We speak with UPS every day to see if they are having any delivery issues and communicate with customers to resolve them if necessary.
