Mother's Day is coming up! Every mom deserves a special treat on her special day. Here are 5 ice cream flavors to feature in your ice cream shop this Mother's Day!
1. Mimosa
Sunday brunch is a classic Mother's Day tradition. Why not remind moms of this beloved event with mimosa flavored ice cream. Make your ice cream base as normal and flavor it with orange cream ice cream flavoring and champagne flavoring. Add some orange food coloring or orange zest to big some visual interest.
2. Rose Water
What mom doesn't love a bouquet of roses? Give that to her with this rose-infused ice cream. To make this ice cream, steep 4 oz edible dried rose petals and 2 tablespoons rose water in your ice cream base for at least 4 hours (it's best overnight). Run it through your machine normally and let all the moms in your shopenjoy this subtly sweet floral treat.
