1. Why do you have a rewards program?
Here at Frozen Dessert Supplies, we constantly strive to offer the best prices for every item. We keep all our prices as low as we can so our customers can get the best deals. We don't have many big sales because our prices are already the lowest they can be. We wanted some way to reward customers, so we created a rewards program! It's an easy way to keep our prices low and thank our customers.
2. How do I log in to my rewards account?
To log in to your rewards account, you first have to log in to your customer account. Once you've done that, you can click on the little pop-up in the bottom left corner of your browser. That's where you can check how many points you have and what rewards you can redeem.
3. How can I redeem my points?
Redeeming points with our rewards program is very simple. All you need to do is log in to your rewards account and click on the little window in the bottom left corner of your screen. Once you've done this, you'll be on your rewards dashboard. From here, click on "My Rewards." Here's where you can see the rewards you've earned and redeem them.
4. Can my points expire?
Sadly, yes, your rewards points will expire after you've been inactive for six months. We define being "active" as making any sort of purchase. So if you've made a purchase within the last six months, you still have all your points! We'll send you an email before they expire, so you'll always have prior notice.
5. How can I earn points?
There are a few different ways you can earn points. The first way you can earn points is by making purchases. Every dollar you spend is equal to one point added to your account. You're also rewarded when you create your account (200 points), refer a friend (1000 points), write a review on our website (300 points), have a birthday (250 points), or share our website on Facebook (100 points).
6. What's the conversion from points to dollars off?
For every 100 points you earn, you get one dollar off.
